The American Idol finals are now set folks.
88 million votes came in last night. When all the votes were tabulated, Danny Gokey was sent home. This sets up a finale between Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.
The first person revealed to be in the finale was Kris.
Tonight’s results show also featured a performance by former-Idol winner Jordan Sparks. Katy Perry also performed her new single (No, she didn’t kiss a girl and liked it).
Danny Gokey faced lots of reaction last week during his performance of Aerosmith’s “Dream On”. His scream was a Youtube hit, but he was still safe last week. However this week, it wasn’t the case.
Next week will be the season finale. Who will be the next American Idol? Adam Lambert or Kris Allen? America, you decide!
