First Look: American Horror Story Season 2 Poster (?) and News
American Horror Story may just be returning for its 2nd season in October of 2012, but it has already started to scare up some hype.
FX has released the first poster, in 3D, of the new season of American Horror Story. Check it out.
Here’s what we already know about Season 2. The new season will involve a totally new story, and the Harmon family will not be appearing. Judging by the first poster released, the new season will take place in either a mental institution or a hospital.
Series creator Ryan Murphy has also confirmed that Jessica Lange would be returning for Season 2, but not as the same character she played in Season 1. Sorry Constance fans. Murphy has also hinted that he’s been in talks with other cast members to make appearances in the new season, although he says again it won’t be Dylan McDermott, Connie Britton, or the rest of the Harmon family.

UPDATE: Since the poster has been released, there’s wide speculation that it may be a fake. ScienceFiction.com lays down the evidence. What do you think? Fake or real? Nonetheless, this is getting people talking about Season 2.
