The Office SPINOFF? NBC Developing Series Centering Dwight Shrute

If you’re a fan of The Office and Dwight Shrute, this news is for you.

Deadline.com was first to report that NBC is developing a spinoff for The Office, that will centre Dwight Shrute.

Rainn Wilson, who plays the popular character, would star in the comedy that would see Dwight head back to his family farm/Bed & Breakfast.

The spinoff could be on the air by Midseason 2013. But what does this mean for The Office itself? It has already lost Steve Carell, now Rainn Wilson? Will you still watch The Office? Are you excited about the new Dwight spinoff?
