Definitely the adoption scam one. It could be numerous with that sentimental touch to it. Plus, couldn’t you just see Agent Cruz having to go undercover with Neal as adopters or something along those lines? It would have great potential, and Cruz would have the opportunity to throw out some of her amazingly sarcastic comments towards Neal.

Or, ” A BIZARRE MEAL TICKET; The Couple Who Ate Glass” would be interesting too. Neal could show off his knowledge of swanky restaurants and could even go undercover as the owner of one maybe. And Peter could insult the food and the prices because as we saw in the last episode where he was tasting his wife’s catering choices, his palate is lacking elegance.

I like the Shampoo, Cut, Blow Dry…And A Fake ID – you could use any of the characters as undercover and I bet you could get a bunch of cracks out of Neal about it.

i’d like the show to tackle “fighting fraud: in the wake of natural disasters” although i don’t know how you could fit such theme in your production. it would be pretty relevant though considering the recent storms & the haiti earthquake.

I like the case about new corporate identity takeover, that could be really interesting. The $80 Million PONZI scam is probably a no brainer but could be fun too.

The cheese meltdown con! (and not just because it sounds funny!) I think it would be great because they could have good old fashioned fraudulent accounts plus the added bonus of poor quality cheese being sold to the rich. Neal could make cracks about how he just knows they are switching the cheese and Peter could make cracks about him being all snobby and it would be wonderful.

i think killing the con, the one where a guy cons senior citizens could be a hilarious mid season episode maybe to lighten the tension after a couple tension building episodes.
