Charges Dropped Against Kiefer Sutherland for Head-Butting Incident

After a full investigation, the Manhattan district attorney has decided not to pursue the head-butting case against 24 star Kiefer Sutherland.

The case in question stems from an incident in May where Sutherland reportedly head-butted fashion designer Jack McCullough during a skirmish. Later Sutherland issued an apology for his actions.

With the case dropped, the actor no long faces violation of his probation for his past D.U.I.

“24” has already started production for the new season that debuts on FOX in January of 2010.
