"Jon & Kate Plus 8 " Teases a Special Announcement For Next Week's Episode

A “life changing decision” is coming for Jon & Kaye Gosselin and the kids.

At least that’s what the newest TLC promo teases for the Monday June 22nd special episode of the hit reality-show Jon & Kaye Plus 8.

In the one-hour special, it is expected that there will be an announcement that could affect the family forever.

One can’t help but to suspect the timing of this special announcement. Since its record-breaking season premiere, ratings for the show have been plunging. The last episode was watched by 2.9 million viewers, compared to the 9.8 during the season opener. That’s a 41% drop.

Suspect timing or not, it’s no secret that Jon and Kate have been having marital problems, which have been widely publicized by the media, and the show.

So what do you think is this “big announcement”? We can all speculate, but we will just have to wait until Monday to find out.

There are reports stating that Jon and Kate will be filing for divorce.
