Kiefer Sutherland May Espace Charges
“24” star Kiefer Sutherland may have pulled a Jack Bauer once again, and dodged a bullet (legally speaking).
A couple weeks ago the actor was charged with minor assault for allegedly head-butting designer Jack McCollough.
But it appears the charges might be on its way to being dropped. It has been reported that the lawyers on both sides have negotiated and agreed to a settlement outside of court.
Sutherland is due to appear on court on June 22nd. He could have been sent back to jail for breaking probation from a DUI stemming from 2007.
Production for the new season of “24” will not be delayed due to this incident, and will begin its production on May 27th.
