"24" Casts New CTU Boss For Season Eight
During the season eighth of “24”, we will see the return on CTU in New York City. But with former CTU-boss Bill Buchanan killed in action last season, who will be lead things in The Big Apple?
FOX has casted Mykelti Williamson for the role of Brian Hastings, the new head of CTU.
Williamson recently appeared in the Sundance hit “Black Dynamite”, and has appeared on CSI: NY. You might also recognize him as Pvt. Benjamin Buford “Bubba” Blue, the shrimp fisherman, in the Oscar-winning movie Forrest Gump.
“24” begins shooting season eight this summer, and premiere on January 17th, 2010.
