"House" Death Still Stinging… But What Now?

Days after watching the last episode of House aired; this viewer is still in shock.
The sudden apparent suicide of Dr. Kutner (played by Kal Penn of ‘Harold & Kumar’) came out of nowhere. Just a week before we saw him joking around and acting like his usual self. Then the next week his co-workers find him in his own pool of blood, with a gun wound to the head, and the gun lying next to his hand.
Why did he do it? There was no sign…was there? That’s the question everyone, especially Dr. House struggles with now. How everyone could miss the signs?
Now with five episodes remaining in this season, it will be interesting to see where they go with this. Obviously the team will be dealing with the loss of their friend and co-worker. Will it bring them closer together, or push them further apart?
For those wondering why was Kal Penn written off the show. The actor, who took part of Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, has accepted a job in the White House. Penn will be the associate director in the White House office of public liaison.
That’s right folks, from White Castle to the White House. That’s quite a leap.
As for what’s in store for the rest of the season of House? Expect to see a lot more of Dr. Cameron and Dr. Chase during the last few episodes. They will play a big part in the fallout of this shocking development.
